Natural Pools
A pool design that accentuates and enhances the established landscape of this one-acre property is natural Pools’ latest success. designed and constructed by natural Pools in conjunction with the homeowners and local landscaper lachie soltez, this project is successfully nestled into its environment, giving the impression that it was meant to be there.
While aesthetic appeal was important to the homeowners, the pool’s design needed to be both accessible and functional, and in keeping with the indigenous elements of the property. The 10m x 4m freeform concrete pool and adjoining spa features a pebblecrete interior to reiterate its natural look. it also utilises off-peak pumps, enviroswim sanitation systems and solar heating to ensure its vibrancy is maintained well into the future.
Additionally, the positioning of the pool and outdoor area is such that it capitalises on its northern aspect, ensuring filtered shade by natural vegetation is provided during summer months, diminishing the need for man-made shades.
With soltez’s clever incorporation of rocks, local plants and a natural colour palette, the pool area acts as an extension of the home, beautifully blending in with the surrounding environment and fulfilling the homeowners’ original intention for the space.
Natural Pools has been involved in the design and construction of in-ground concrete swimming pools for more than 35 years. The team specialises in the design, construction and renovation of commercial and residential pools, completing up to 50 projects annually throughout Victoria.
