Alchemy Landscaping Project 3

Alchemy Landscape Design and Construction has produced an aesthetically pleasing and generously sized pool, with beautiful grey tiles and ample space for sun lounging, informal dining and relaxing next to the fire pit area. The brief from the clients clearly stated that they desired an area that can be used all year. The company produced a bespoke fire pit that can be used by the family on their own or be used as entertaining space for friends and family.

The team excavated and constructed the sunken large fire pit area next to the pool so at eye level you can not only see the bay but also across the top of the pool. A unique and modern feature of the outdoor space is the strip lighting executed throughout. Challenges that were faced included a small area for what the team had to achieve, so it was extended by 2 metres. As the pool sits 3m above a tennis court, this involved creating a new wall and bringing in 60 cubic metres of fill to bring the new space up.
