The pool featured was a constructive challenge. With limited space available, this multi-level 20m wet-edge lap pool was constructed above the garage with a children’s pool and feature spa on the upper level.

Directly beneath the paved garden area on the lower level lies a 32,000 litre concrete water storage tank which has a dual purpose: a 7000 litre holding tank used for the swimming pool and a separate 25,000 litre water supply used solely for the house and garden.

This low maintenance pool was achieved by the installation of a MagnaPool sanitation and filtration system which uses up to 65 per cent less water than a traditional sand filtered swimming pool as well as having many health benefits and recycling use for the garden. A Paramount in-floor cleaning system, an ORP and pH controller, and Sunbather automatic retractable pool cover completed the package.
