Bass Pools Project 1

If you’ve ever wanted to be instantly transported to a holiday location, Bass Pools has all the experience you need. Highlighting Bass Pools’ expertise, just walking into this backyard is a relaxing getaway, bringing your ideal holiday destination right into the heart of your life.

The idea behind this pool was to bring a slice of the Tuscan Coast to the comfort of the client’s own home, granting warmth and lightness. To accomplish this, most of the yard had to be cleared. What was left, at the client’s request, was an olive tree – the backyard’s existing centrepiece. The team from Bass Pools was able to start fresh with the rest of the space, bringing the client’s vision to life.

Maximising the space available, Bass Pools worked with existing features in the backyard to elevate the quality of the entire build. Varying heights and natural materials add visual interest and a touch of rustic fashion to the pool, while working alongside the magnificent olive tree and the rest of the plants. High-quality products provide less maintenance and more time to enjoy life at home.

It was important to keep a consistent theme using reliable materials that would stand the test of time. Materials featured include stone, metal fencing, high quality tiles and low-maintenance decking products. Keeping the existing olive tree intact was a challenging priority, but incorporating the tree kept it as the centrepiece and helped to elevate the entire project.

A combined understanding of the client’s requirements was essential to the completion of the project, complementing the original vision and combining existing works and the pool into one.
