Inspired by Queensland’s iconic Calile Hotel, this magnificent pool and alfresco area boasts all the luxuries of resort living with all the benefits of a private sanctuary. Replete with lavish comforts – including a Cabana fitted with a Sonos sound system, outdoor fireplace, sunbathing area, pool house and bathroom, and outdoor shower –this sophisticated yet functional outdoor haven has it all.

Meticulously considered, the pool’s position allows it to act as a central hub, seamlessly integrating the cabana, sunbathing area, and fireplace. The exceptionally talented team at Bond Building Group scrupulously assessed the available space and constructed an alfresco area that cleverly utilises the available sun; during the day the homeowners can bask in the sunshine from within the pool and on the sleek deck lounges while the shaded cabana offers reprieve from the heat. Capitalising on the ample sunlight, the home’s solar panels keep the pool’s running costs to a minimum.

In addition to the outdoor sanctuary’s ingenious design, the space also exudes visual appeal. Light grey ceramic tiles adorning the pool’s surrounds beautifully complement the striking aquamarine waters, while softer hues of blues and pops of bright white add depth to produce a beautifully balanced overall aesthetic. The white wooden slats in the cabana reflect the fencing by the sunlounges to further enhance this striking design and create a harmonious overall look.
