East Coast Swimming Pools Project 1

The owners of this property approached East Coast Pools wanting a contemporary pool that would complement their modern home and sit comfortably within the surroundings. The company worked in conjunction with the clients and their home builder to achieve the spectacular pool pictured here.

By elevating the pool to be level with the house, East Coast Pools has integrated it with the home design to create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Even though the task of building the pool well above the ground to get it to house level presented an engineering challenge, the experienced team ensured that the job was completed without a hitch.

The concrete pool has been fully-tiled in sparkling glass mosaic tiles, which continue to shine at night thanks to Spa Electric underwater lighting. The interior is complemented by bluestone coping and timber decking.

Natural timber was also used as feature fencing at the ends of the pool, while fully-frameless glass fencing that runs along the length of the pool maintains the modern look of the home and makes the space feel open.

A Pentair filter and pump works with a Saltigem salt chlorinator to ensure the pool is crystal clean and sanitised.
