Built from the remnants of a decades old home, a luxurious, renovated smart home has been equipped with every convenience. The original building had a disjointed collection of services that were complicated to use and lacked the
sophistication needed to survive an architectural makeover.

The home is underpinned by a Control4 Home Automation System. This brings all the services, from lighting and blind control to personalised security, intercom, CCTV and controlled gates and doors into the palm of your hand. Prioritising
comfort, the holistic design philosophy also integrates air conditioning zones across multiple TV rooms, and gives you easy control over surround sound and music across the property. At key locations through the house, intercom touchscreens provide whole home control of every service, with additional convenience from TV room smart remotes and smartphone apps from anywhere. When entering rooms, smart light switches provide effortless comfort and control of blinds.
