On the fringes of metropolitan Melbourne, this truly breathtaking landscape by Kangaroo Paw Landscapes was affectionately designed and constructed to suit the homes unique blend of both charming Victorian heritage and contemporary architecture.

As the rear of the house completely opens into the backyard, this space was cleverly designed to be an entertainer’s dream, with ample shade and seating available. The natural stone walling and floating hardwood seating complements the earthy aspect of the home and provides the perfect backdrop for the stunning lap pool. Designing around a pool is always challenging due to the necessary barrier requirements, but frameless glass fencing provided the perfect solution without impinging upon the holistic garden design.

Kangaroo Paw Landscapes is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in native Australian plants and thus a range of natural materials were incorporated, along with an abundance of native flora, to give this outdoor space a lush and modern feel.
