ENHANCING FLOW IN OUTDOOR SPACES

KlayCon Landscape Construction worked alongside Striking Pools and Studio Alba Landscape & Pool Design on this gorgeous project. Featuring burnished concrete steppers and stairways throughout the landscape, both points of entry lead you to an inviting lawn and outdoor barbeque area. With the property situated on a triangular corner, from all angles this project has everything you could ask for, including a spa and in-situ bench top ready to entertain.

The client had a vision for a coastal backyard transformation, with the goal to create a harmonious and inviting outdoor living space. Using neutral-toned materials, the key goals included integrating a new spa into the existing spa location, creating a play area and installing an outdoor kitchen. Incorporating coastal-tolerant plants was important as well as maintaining views and privacy.

The design process involved careful consideration of the client’s vision and the existing property. The team conducted a thorough analysis to select materials that complemented the coastal setting and aligned with the client’s desired colour palette. KlayCon Landscape Construction integrated an outdoor kitchen into the design, strategically positioning it between the spa and the home’s back entrance to seamlessly connect the areas. Additionally, carefully designed pathways create a sense of flow and connectedness while also enhancing visual interest throughout.
