This recent project from Lush Lifestyle Construction impressively showcases how innovative design can transform minimal space into a luxury oasis. With tight access and limited room to work with, the brief demanded supreme creativity to produce a low-maintenance pool and spa that embodied the centrepiece of the home renovation. A sleek, high-end retreat that delivers instant ‘wow’ factor was the undeniable result.

Mesmerising features include an eye-catching infinity edge spa, sun lounge area, premium Bluegum and Luna Wavy ceramic mosaic tiles, the smart integration of a heat pump, an in-floor cleaning system and Halo full automation – all intelligently fitted into a small-scale footprint. Every inch of available space was meticulously maximised – planned to evoke a resort-like atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Despite the challenges posed by constrained site access, the team relied on strategic time management and a hands on approach to maintain quality throughout excavation, formwork and shotcreting. What resulted is the definition of a breathtaking centrepiece.
