Mojito Outdoor Kitchens Project 1

The client required a large range of appliances and storage for a complete outdoor cooking experience, without having to venture inside for anything. The company sat down with the client and came up with a design that worked best with the designated space. The design works for movement in the area and meets ventilation requirements while not encroaching on the entertainment and dining area. Creating a seamless flow and having ample bench space to place dishes and utensils, while still being able to have guests access drinks, makes this outdoor space desirable for all entertainment lovers.

Some of the appliances used are the Grandfire Classic 38” premium built-in barbeque with rotisserie, Grandfire in-built side burner, Gozney dual fuel pizza oven, two Schmick double fridges, an ice machine, sink and coffee machine. Waterproof external grade elements were used, including aluminum framed alfresco doors by Polytec and solid surface compact tops in Portland Stone all coming with a seven-year warranty. The carcass material is a waterproof PVC foam that is fully recyclable. The doors and benchtops all have green chain of custody certification.
