Neptune Swimming Pools Project 1

This beautiful pool uses multiple elements to tie in perfectly with the interior of the Hamptons-style home. In collaboration with Colombo Design Partnership and Rycon Building Group, Neptune Swimming Pools created a pool with sufficient space to be kid-friendly and relaxing, as per the clients’ requests.

The concrete pool measures 9m x 4m and leads onto the connected spa area. Nestled next to a large poolside house that includes a gym, changeroom and sauna, the outdoor space is the perfect health and lifestyle haven.

The generously sized spa features eight Spa Electrics Venturi jets for relaxation and rejuvenation. The combination of a Pentair MasterTemp gas heater and a Sunlover strip solar heater minimises the cost of heating the pool year-round.

Placed specifically to link together the split-level backyard, the inclusion of an infinity pool has a stunning result. The infinity edge was layered with large natural stones to form the main feature of the pool area.

Identical stones were also placed on columns at the front of the house and around the fireplace in the living area for visual cohesion. The continuous flow of water from the infinity edge falls onto small, dark stones and creates a calming effect.

Stunning glass mosaic tiles cover the entire interior of the pool and add a spectacular reflective azure colour to the water. Surrounded by frameless-glass fencing, the striking beauty of the pool can be admired from the living area and can be glimpsed from the entryway of the house.
