RYCOR Landscapes Project 1

This tranquil outdoor space, crafted by RYCOR Landscapes in collaboration with COS Design and Nine in Six Builders, showcases the company’s expertise in creating high-end landscapes. The project uniquely blends a heritage façade with contemporary elements, fulfilling the client’s vision of a modern landscape perfect for summer enjoyment by the pool. RYCOR Landscapes met the client’s requirements with meticulous craftsmanship, incorporating architectural concrete features alongside a soft green planting palette.

Key design elements include a floating bench seat that doubles as a retaining wall, and a burnished concrete pool surround that serves as a stylish daybed with an overhang. A pizza oven and outdoor shower enhance the space, making it ideal for summer days where enjoyment extends from day to night. The front yard offers enhanced street appeal with the use of high-quality materials such as Eco Outdoor travertine pavers, off-white burnished concrete and TiffTuff lawn. Sustainable features include an irrigation system equipped with a water timer and rain sensor, ensuring eco-friendly maintenance for this exquisite retreat.
