Measuring 6m x 3m, this family sized pool brings family fun to a humble residential backyard. Tasked with fulfilling the client’s brief for a backyard transformation, Salt Pools delivered this gorgeous inground concrete pool boasting clean lines and geometric interest. A cohesive addition to the outdoor space, the pool edge is lined with bluestone pavers, contrasting the redbrick home whilst matching the paved alfresco area.

Lined with 48mm marble-veined Carrara ceramic tiles, Salt Pools crafted this unique pool with character that family and guests can enjoy for years to come. The varied and spacious steps create a wading area, a sitting space, or a gradual entry into the pool’s depths with crisp angles. The inclusion of internal multi-coloured LED lights creates a feast for the eyes, ensuring the pool becomes an exciting addition to the family garden.

Placed in close proximity to the home, the family can enjoy the pool and various entertaining areas at any time, and keep a watchful eye on young ones from many vantage points. The pool additionally opens the outdoor area to allow for family activities without overpowering the backyard.

With an interest in collaborating with their clients, this pool was created in conversation with the homeowner to maximise space, and to integrate the desires of the family with the expertise of Salt Pools. A defining moment of the process was adding the spa to the project – maximising on space and potential enjoyment all year round.
