Seaspray Pools Project 2

Designed on a blank canvas, Seaspray Pools had the freedom to create to the best of their ability and the result is amazing. Construction relied heavily on the home and landscape builders, as both areas are physically connected to the pool. Seaspray Pools wanted to ensure that integration was seamless, for a complete and finished result.

After numerous meetings with the homeowner, John Tyzzer of Seaspray Pools was able to create a truly unique design as the pool was intended to be a structural part of this outstanding home.

Seaspray Pools worked closely with multi-award winning builders, Latitude 37 Homes, to create a pool that integrates perfectly with the home. The standard of design, construction and pool quality was critical to continue the quality finish throughout the project.

The stand out feature is the stunning 1200mm sheer face waterfall, which is located in the structure of the second floor of the home and spills into the pool. In this way, the home was designed around the pool, mainly because of the structural beam that had to be incorporated into the design.

Another major feature of the project is the spa, which was elevated approximately 300mm from the pools surface as an added design effect. The surface was made up of glass mosaic waterline tiles and a rendered quartz finish for optimum durability. Amounting to four square metres, the spa is also fully tiled using the same glass mosaic tiles.

The pool is also interconnected with the landscaping completed by Latitude 37 Homes, which includes raised planter boxes and wide decking boards.

Equipped with the most innovative materials in the industry, Seaspray Pools installed a quad cluster cartridge filter system to eliminate the need for backwash and a sensor controlled solar heating system to the 5m x 4m pool.

Seaspray Pools strive to provide the highest quality custom designed in-ground concrete swimming pools at an affordable price.
