Taking the industry by storm, Precision Installs wowed judges at the 2020 SPASAVIC awards of excellence with its innovative and stylish pool fence design. This is the company’s first award of this calibre, and we spoke with Clint Feehan, Precision Installs’ esteemed owner about this outstanding design and what makes it so unique. This innovative pool fence was designed to both blend with and enhance the overall aesthetic of the outdoor area. Feehan explains that the fence was “custom manufactured out of vertical upright sticks collaborated together” and this organic form, spherical rods, lack of horizontal structures and selection of the Electro Dark Bronze colour – inspired by Citing Architecture – coalesce with the natural elements
of the garden to meet the clients’ brief and artistic vision. Fabrication using stainless steel and generous diameter verticals ensured a structural integrity to meet all pool barrier safety requirements.
As for the pool company itself: “Precision Installs was founded in 2014,” Feehan notes. He explains that the company is operated by “a small group of passionate people, who have a passion for outdoors and design”. It’s this passion that has driven the company to success and the team have delivered a vast range of safe and inventive pool fencing solutions to satisfied customers across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
