The Pool Safety Network has made tremendous leaps and bounds in its first two years of operation, progressing in the industry and establishing itself as a trusted pool safety inspector. The 2021 SPASA Australia Awards of Excellence honoured the company’s accomplishments, with a Highly Commended award for the Pool Barrier Inspector of the Year category. Nick Hutchins, managing director of The Pool Safety Network, gives readers some insights into the network’s operations, and its many achievements over the last two years. Hutchin’s belief that what the company is doing is “innovative and meaningful to the industry” was what inspired him to enter into the awards. “What I’m especially proud of is the network of assessors, inspectors and trade specialists we have built; how knowledge is actively shared among our team in this fledgling industry; our

Over the last couple of years, The Pool Safety Network “has already assisted [more than] 2000 pool owners meet their pool compliance obligations since the new laws were introduced”, an impressive number to say the least.
