Tying wonderfully in with the elevated alfresco area, this lavish pool maximises entertainment potential of the outdoor space. With a family-centric design, the pool features a sizable space for everyday enjoyment, and a spa to find rest and respite.

In conceptualising this pool’s design, The Pool Place partnered with COS Design to bring the client’s brief to life. Effortlessly blending into the home’s outdoor area, the pool mirrors the interior and exterior design elements. Using the same style of timber and concrete, this pool is a natural extension of the outdoor space that elevates the area to an entertainer’s dream.

As a key part of the client’s brief, 7m x 3.6m pool is set to impress guests, with 1.8 metre elevation to tie in with the alfresco area that overlooks the suburban garden. Creating levels in the outdoor area provides ample opportunity for different styles of entertaining. The inclusion of the circular concrete spa creates a feature wall that faces to the lower entertainment space.

Due to the tight space in which the pool is built, the team at The Pool Place faced challenges in setting the formwork for the concrete. With careful attention to detail, The Pool Place overcame the small space allowed for formwork and achieved this amazing pool and spa combination.
