The latest project by Albatross Pools is a stunning example of a pool and landscape combination that creates a resort-like feel for the everyday family. From its tropical plantation, random cobblestone, egg chair and bamboo fencing, this backyard feels like a little slice of island oasis in the middle of Dromana.

The impressive L-shaped pool is the heart of this design, featuring bluestone trimming and a curved edge overlooking the timber decking. This pool is built into the landscape, with a free edged feature wall that overlooks the manicured garden and cliff-face at the rear of the property. The combination of warm tiling with azure pool floor makes for a mesmerising contrast that would make anybody want to take a dip.

The pool’s L-shape allows athletic homeowners to swim full laps along the length, while others can relax on the in-pool seating just around the corner on the shallow side. In addition to this gorgeous pool, the ample alfresco seating and undercover dining make for the perfect entertainment area.
